• Maximum 3 visible materials on the elevation: charred cedar (or natural cedar), monolithic concrete, glass.
• Charred cedar (shou-sugi-ban) at primary wall planes — deep black with subtle texture, hand-charred not stained.
• Deep recessed eaves — minimum 36-inch overhang, casting strong shadow, no visible fascia.
