• Recycled or hand-fired brick accent walls — Australian craft tradition (Glenn Murcutt influence).
• Standing-seam Colorbond steel (weathered or charcoal) or zinc roof with deep cantilevered eaves.
• Floor-to-ceiling steel-or-bronze-framed glazing recessed deep behind 4-6-foot overhangs.
