• Reclaimed Douglas fir or weathered timber — exposed beams, columns, ceiling members.
• Generous glass expanses — full-height window walls celebrating mountain views.
• Standing-seam metal roof or weathered Cor-Ten — sharp clean lines, deep snow-load eaves.
