• Hand-fired clay tile (giwa) roof with characteristic curved upturned eaves (cheoma).
• Heavy wood post-and-beam structure visible on the facade — exposed beams (hanok craft tradition).
• Hanji paper screens or wood-frame divided-light windows as primary fenestration.
• Lime-washed cream walls between the exposed wood structural frame.
