Coral-stone walls, louvered shutters, gabled tin roof, deep verandas — St. Barts / Mustique / Anguilla luxury vernacular.

• Coral-stone, white-stucco, or shiplap-board walls — natural materials, restrained palette.
• Gabled standing-seam metal roof (white, weathered green, or zinc) with deep overhanging eaves.
• Floor-to-ceiling louvered wood shutters as the primary fenestration — operable for cross-ventilation.
• Deep wraparound verandahs with painted ceilings (often Caribbean blue or pale celadon).

Replace the exterior materials in the chosen style while keeping every structural element exactly. Best for solid bones with dated finishes. This is what most renovations call 'a refresh.'
