• Honest tactile materials: oiled teak and ironwood, hand-stacked lava rock, coral stone, sand-toned limestone, hand-troweled warm plaster.
• Glass walls dissolve the room into the jungle — landscape is the wallpaper.
• Water lies still: dark or sand-toned infinity pools, reflective, never bright blue.
